The owner of Adsmacker.co approached me after their initial site was complete to revamp the internals and some of the external workings of the entire delivery system. Since then I have made an entire administration panel consisting of in-line photo editing, ad campaign management, multiple ad upload, video ad introduction, scheduled ads, franchise administration, and more. I also worked with the Android Application development team and the screen deployment group on streamlining the Adsmacker proprietary Ad delivery process.
Acquisition and development of properties. We started with a 3000 square foot house; knocked down walls, framed and rebuilt new larger rooms, new carpet, cleaned pool, new landscaping, discovered hard wood floors, new appliances...you get the idea. Then came a condo with less work, just needed some love. A year later came another house, which got tons of tile and a lot of man hours in cleanup. Now we are working on a couple more for 2012!
Starting in February of 2008 I built upon the infant Extranet system to allow employees to follow leads pulled through a SOAP API with our now web based management software, standardized all forms across the portfolio, created an eJabbered based web chat client, interfaced Google voice and text, instituted a helpdesk ticket system, created online prospect marketing source charts, and a corporate uploader for upper management. Aside from the Extranet I also created a second version of online leasing that creates certified PDFs through SetaSign integration as well as streamlining the old system to take half the time for a user finish. Over the span of my employment portfolio web traffic and online lease creation as increases substantially and continues to increase every year.
As a systems administrator I completely converted all of the company portfolios websites from asp to php. Moved the database system from a simple access database into a sql system. I wrote an online leasing system that allowed prospects to sign and dynamically generate their lease online. Leases and forms were driven with FPDF. The system also integrated into the online payment system allowing for seamless collection of leasing fees. Along with lease, I made online maintenance request forms, integrated database specials, and I started on a company Extranet.

As you can see, most of my work experience says "- Present". I wear many hats and I enjoy it. What needs to be said bluntly, is that I work hard, I play hard and I know what I can do. I can solve problems. Programming, integration, SEO, broken piece of tile in the kitchen, dirty pool, hole in the wall; you name it, I can solve it. Please note, that I did not say I would solve it on the first try, or without strenuous research, help, and evaluation. Regardless, I will solve it.

I'm motivated by a lot of people and things, so I feel that some of those things should be listed here. Unfortunately, I haven't finished this part. It will come, it's on my list!
And if you are wondering, yes this was a template...I liked it. So I altered it to my fancy. And I like it even more now!
